To ensure longevity, stand cushions on their ends after getting wet to allow water to drain properly. When not in use, store all cushions in a dry area to prevent damage. Clean the cushion covers with soapy water and a non-abrasive damp cloth. Washing in machines or tumble drying is discouraged to preserve the fabric's water-resistant properties.
• Glass and Other Surfaces: Avoid leaving glass items or objects on the table without protective mats or coasters. Glass should not be stored vertically during assembly; instead, ensure it is laid flat on a stable surface such as the provided carton. In high temperatures, cover any glass surfaces to prevent the magnification of heat, which could potentially damage the wicker.

• Packaged: The sofa is thoughtfully packaged in one carton to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, ready for assembly.
• Assembly: Some assembly is required upon delivery. The product comes with a clear and concise assembly guide to help you set up your new sofa quickly and with minimal effort.

Please note, our free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Contact us for a delivery quote for these areas.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
