Care Instructions:
- Cushions: To avoid watermarks, cushions should not be left out in the rain and must be stored in a dry area when not in use. Washing or tumble drying is not recommended as it may affect the flame retardant properties of the fabric.
- Glass: Take care not to place glass items on the table without mats or coasters, and avoid storing glass vertically during assembly to prevent damage. It’s also advisable to shield the glass from extreme heat to prevent magnifying effects that can damage the wicker.

STANDARD DELIVERY IS FREE FOR ALL OUR PRODUCTS!
At G Collections, we're proud to offer free standard delivery on all our products to UK Mainland addresses*, making your shopping experience even better. Please note, our free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Contact us for a delivery quote for these areas.
If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.
Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.
It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.
Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.
Returns
We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
