• Cushions: The cushion covers are showerproof, designed to withstand light rain or moisture. After wet conditions, they should be stood on their ends for water to drain effectively. To maintain their look and functionality, store all cushions in a dry area when not in use. Cushion covers can be maintained with soapy water and a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Washing machines and tumble dryers should be avoided to protect the showerproof qualities.
• Glass Care: If your daybed includes any glass components, use mats or coasters to protect the surface. Glass should not be stored vertically during assembly; lay it flat on a stable surface like the provided carton. In hot conditions, it is advisable to cover the glass to prevent potential damage from the intensified heat affecting the wicker.

• Assembly: Some assembly is required upon delivery. Detailed instructions are provided to facilitate straightforward and quick assembly, allowing you to enjoy your luxurious daybed in no time.

At G Collections, we're proud to offer free standard delivery on all our products to UK Mainland addresses*, making your shopping experience even better. Please note, our free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Contact us for a delivery quote for these areas.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
