Using the latest material innovations, Jay-Be® has harnessed the natural advantages of nettle and other plant-based fibres to make a mattress which has exceptional breathability and natural freshness.

100% foam free and free from harmful chemicals, this mattress contains award winning Advance e-Fibre™ and breathable e-Fibre layers. Additionally, a foundation of Deep e-Pocket™ springs and micro pocket springs, give real huggable support and the cushioned border provides increased durability.

Jay-Be® understands the importance of healthy sleep and its impact on overall well-being. They ensure all materials used in their mattresses promote a comfortable and healthy sleep. The mattress comes vacuum packed and rolled, for easy transportation and has a maximum user weight of 127kg. Vegan friendly and made in the UK.

At G Collections, we're proud to offer free standard delivery on all our products to UK Mainland addresses*, making your shopping experience even better. Please note, our free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Contact us for a delivery quote for these areas.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
