• Cushions: The cushion covers are showerproof but should be stood on their ends for water to drain away after getting wet. Store all cushions in a dry area when not in use to prevent mold and preserve their integrity. Clean the covers with soapy water using a non-abrasive damp cloth. Washing or tumble drying is not recommended as it may compromise the showerproof properties.
• Table Care: Use mats or coasters to protect the glass elements of the coffee table from scratches and wear. Avoid storing glass vertically during assembly; instead, lay it flat on the provided carton. In extreme temperatures, cover the glass to prevent potential damage from the sun's magnification.

• Assembly: Some assembly is required for this set. Clear, straightforward instructions are included to facilitate quick and hassle-free setup.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
