Care Instructions:

• Cushions: The cushion covers are showerproof but should not be left out in the rain to avoid watermarks. It's recommended to stand them on their ends for water to drain away quickly after wet conditions. Store all cushions in a dry area when not in use to preserve their quality and prevent mold. Cushion covers can be cleaned with soapy water and a non-abrasive damp cloth. Washing or tumble drying is not advised as it may affect their fire retardant properties.
• Glass Care: Always use mats or coasters to protect the table surface from scratches and other damages. Do not store the glass on its end during assembly; instead, ensure it is placed flat on a provided carton. Cover the glass in extreme temperatures to prevent damage from heat magnification.

Packaging and Assembly:

• Packaged: The dining set is efficiently packaged in two cartons to ensure it arrives safely and intact, minimizing the risk of damage during transit.
• Assembly: Some assembly is required upon delivery. The set comes with a comprehensive assembly guide that includes clear instructions to facilitate quick and easy setup.

Please note, our free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Contact us for a delivery quote for these areas.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
