Avoid washing or tumble drying as it could compromise the showerproof properties.
• Table Care: Protect the glass elements of the dining table by using mats or coasters. Avoid storing glass vertically; instead, lay it flat on the provided carton during assembly. In high temperatures, it is advisable to cover the glass to prevent damage from the magnification of the sun's rays.

Packaging and Assembly:

• Packaged: The dining set is securely packaged in two cartons to ensure safe delivery and protection against damage during transit.
• Assembly: Some assembly is required. The set includes a detailed assembly guide with clear instructions, making the setup process straightforward and user-friendly.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
