• Cushions: The cushion covers are showerproof but should be handled with care to maintain their quality. After exposure to moisture, they should be stood on their ends to allow water to drain properly. Store all cushions in a dry area when not in use to avoid mold and mildew. Clean the covers with soapy water and a non-abrasive damp cloth. Washing or tumble drying the cushions is not recommended as it may impair their water-resistant properties.
• Table Care: Do not leave glass items or objects on the table without mats or coasters to protect the surface from scratches. Avoid storing glass vertically; instead, lay it flat on a carton provided during assembly. In extreme heat conditions, cover the glass to prevent potential damage caused by magnification of heat.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
