Care Instructions:

• Cushions: The cushion covers are showerproof but should be cared for properly to maintain their quality. After exposure to moisture, stand them on their ends to allow water to drain away. Store all cushions in a dry area when not in use to prevent mildew and prolong their life. Clean the covers with soapy water and a non-abrasive damp cloth. Washing or tumble drying the cushions is discouraged as it may compromise their water-resistant properties.
• Glass Care: If your sun lounger includes a side table or glass components, use mats or coasters to protect the surface from scratches and damage. Avoid storing glass on its end during assembly; place it flat on the carton provided. In extreme heat, cover the glass to prevent potential damage.

• Packaged: The sun lounger is carefully packaged in one carton, ensuring it arrives in excellent condition without requiring any assembly. This makes setting up your new lounging area quick and effortless, allowing you more time to enjoy the outdoors.

At G Collections, we're proud to offer free standard delivery on all our products to UK Mainland addresses*, making your shopping experience even better. Please note, our free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Contact us for a delivery quote for these areas.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
