It is recommended to stand them on their ends after wet conditions to allow water to drain effectively. Store all cushions in a dry area when not in use to prevent mold and extend their life. Clean the covers with soapy water using a non-abrasive damp cloth. Washing or tumble drying the cushions is discouraged as it may impair their water-resistant properties.
• Glass Care: If your set includes a table with a glass top, use mats or coasters to protect the surface from scratches and damage. Avoid storing glass vertically during assembly; instead, lay it flat on the carton provided. In extreme heat, covering the glass is advised to prevent potential magnification of heat which can damage the wicker.

Packaging and Assembly:

• Packaged: The entire set is securely packaged in four cartons to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
• Assembly: Some assembly is required. The set includes a comprehensive assembly guide with clear instructions to facilitate a smooth setup process, allowing you to quickly enjoy your new outdoor dining area.

Please note, our free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Contact us for a delivery quote for these areas.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
