• Store cushions in a dry area when not in use to maintain their quality.
• Avoid washing or tumble drying cushions as this could compromise their fire-retardant properties.
• Do not place glass items directly on the table without protective mats or coasters.
• During assembly, ensure glass is placed on a flat surface, preferably on the carton provided to avoid damage.
• In extreme heat, cover the glass to prevent magnification of heat which could potentially melt the wicker.

Packaging and Assembly: The set is carefully packaged in 3 cartons to ensure safe delivery and requires full assembly. Detailed instructions are included to facilitate a smooth setup process, allowing you to enjoy your new outdoor retreat as soon as possible.

At G Collections, we're proud to offer free standard delivery on all our products to UK Mainland addresses*, making your shopping experience even better. Please note, our free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Contact us for a delivery quote for these areas.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
