Care Instructions: To maintain the pristine condition of your cushions, avoid leaving them outside in the rain to prevent watermarks. It's best to store cushions in a dry area when not in use. Washing or tumble drying is discouraged as it might compromise the fire retardant properties of the fabric. For the glass tabletop, avoid placing hot items directly on it without mats or coasters, and do not store the glass vertically during assembly; instead, lay it flat on the protective carton provided. In extreme heat, cover the glass to prevent the concentration of heat which can damage the wicker.

Packaging and Assembly: The set arrives packaged in 2 cartons and requires full assembly. Detailed instructions are included to ensure a smooth setup process.

Replacement Glass: Should you need to replace the tabletop glass, the size required is 143.7 cm by 83.7 cm, with a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
