• Glass Table Top: Avoid placing any glass items or objects on the table without mats or coasters. During assembly, do not store glass vertically; instead, place it on a flat surface using the carton provided. In extreme heat, cover the glass to prevent magnification of heat which could potentially melt the wicker.

Packaging and Assembly:

• Packaging: The set comes packaged in 2 cartons to ensure safe delivery.
• Assembly: Full assembly is required. Follow the detailed guide included to set up your dining set efficiently.

Replacement Glass Information:

• Size: If you ever need to replace the glass top, the correct size is 143.7 cm in length, 83.7 cm in width, and 0.5 cm in thickness.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
