Crafted with a high-strength powder-coated steel frame and UV-treated wicker, this set is built to withstand outdoor conditions while maintaining its elegant appearance.

For optimal care, avoid leaving cushions exposed to rain to prevent watermarks. Store all cushions in a dry area when not in use. Refrain from washing or tumble drying, as this may affect the fire-retardant properties of the fabric.

To protect the table surface, use mats or coasters for glass items. During assembly, avoid storing glass vertically; instead, place it on a flat surface provided in the packaging. In extreme heat, cover glass to prevent the wicker from melting under magnified heat.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
