• Cushions: The covers are showerproof but require proper care to maintain their condition. After exposure to moisture, stand them on their ends for effective water drainage. Store all cushions in a dry area when not in use to avoid mold and mildew. Clean the covers with soapy water and a non-abrasive damp cloth. Washing or tumble drying is discouraged as it may compromise the fabric's showerproof properties.
• Glass Care: Use mats or coasters to protect any glass surfaces from scratches. During assembly or relocation, avoid storing glass vertically; instead, lay it flat on the provided carton. In extreme heat, cover the glass to prevent magnification of heat which can damage the wicker.

Packaging and Assembly:

• Packaged: The entire sofa set is efficiently packaged in four cartons to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
• Assembly: Some assembly is required. The set includes a comprehensive guide with clear instructions for quick and easy setup, allowing you to enjoy your new outdoor dining area without significant delay.

Please note, our free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Contact us for a delivery quote for these areas.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
