• Glass Care: Use mats or coasters under any glass items placed on the table to prevent scratches. During assembly, ensure glass is not stored on its end but placed flat on the carton provided to avoid damage. In extreme heat, cover the glass to prevent it from magnifying heat, which could potentially melt the wicker.

Packaging and Assembly:

• Packaged: The entire set is carefully packaged in 2 cartons to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
• Assembly: Full assembly is required. This sofa comes flat packed with a detailed assembly guide to help you set up your new furniture quickly and easily.

At G Collections, we're proud to offer free standard delivery on all our products to UK Mainland addresses*, making your shopping experience even better. Please note, our free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Contact us for a delivery quote for these areas.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
