Care Instructions:
To maintain the pristine condition of your loungers:

• Cushions should be stood upright to drain and stored in a dry area when not in use.
• Clean cushion covers with soapy water using a non-abrasive cloth.
• Avoid washing or tumble drying the cushions to preserve their showerproof properties.
• Do not place glass objects on the table without protective mats/coasters.
• Store glass components flat during assembly to prevent damage.
• Shield the set from extreme heat to prevent damage to the wicker.

Packaging and Assembly: The set is delivered in two cartons and requires no assembly, allowing you to start enjoying your luxurious lounging experience without delay.

Please note, our free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Contact us for a delivery quote for these areas.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
