Care Instructions:

• General Maintenance: To maintain the quality of your dining table, do not leave glass items or objects on the table without using mats or coasters. This will help prevent scratches and damage to the glass top.
• Cushion Care: While this table may be used with chairs that have cushions, it is important to keep the cushion covers showerproof by standing them on their ends for water to drain away after washing. Store all cushions in a dry area when not in use. Cushion covers can be cleaned with soapy water and a non-abrasive damp cloth. Washing or tumble drying is not advised as it may affect the showerproof properties.
• Glass Care: Do not store the glass on its end during assembly. Instead, place it on a flat surface on the carton provided. In extreme heat, cover the glass to prevent magnification of heat which can melt the wicker.

Packaging and Assembly:

• Packaged: The table is efficiently packaged in four cartons to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
• Assembly: Some assembly is required. The dining table comes with a detailed assembly guide that includes easy-to-follow instructions to facilitate quick and hassle-free setup.

Please note, our free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Contact us for a delivery quote for these areas.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
