For cleaning, use soapy water and a non-abrasive damp cloth. Washing or tumble drying is not recommended as it may impair the showerproof properties.
• Glass Care: Exercise caution with any glass items placed on the table. Always use mats or coasters to prevent scratches. During assembly or when moving the table, do not store glass vertically; instead, place it flat on the carton provided. In conditions of extreme heat, cover the glass to prevent potential damage from magnified heat.

• Packaged: The entire set is efficiently packed across three cartons to ensure safe delivery and minimal risk of damage.
• Assembly: Some assembly is required upon arrival. The set includes a detailed assembly guide with straightforward instructions to facilitate quick and easy setup, allowing you to enjoy your new outdoor dining set with minimal delay.

Please note, our free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. Contact us for a delivery quote for these areas.

If there are any delays, we'll keep you informed. If you need a specific delivery time, just reach out to us before ordering. For larger items, we might need your help at delivery, and please note, delivery is to the ground floor only due to insurance.

Please check your items when they arrive. If there's any damage, let us know within 24 hours - we might not accept claims for damages reported after this. If you're not going to be in for your delivery, tell us in advance to avoid any redelivery or cancellation fees.

It's crucial that you're there to receive your delivery as agreed, or a redelivery charge may apply. Also, make sure your new purchases will fit in your home. If items don't fit, a redelivery charge may apply.

Safety first: please ensure pets and children are out of the way when we deliver and install your items. Upon delivery, it's your responsibility to check the condition of your items. We'll take responsibility for any damages found at the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
